Terms

You create your account with your e-mail address and sign in with a code sent to it. The account is personal.

Signal is the membership every member has. A new account may need to be approved by BrokerFlow before the membership starts.

BrokerFlow may suspend an account that breaks these terms.

The Signal membership is free. Sales is free and opens when your application has been approved. Finance costs 249 SEK and Media 999 SEK a month, including VAT, and both are billed monthly through Stripe by JHS Solutions AB.

You create an account first. Purchases and applications are made in the app, which shows the price before you pay.

Finance and Media are bought directly.

Anyone who wants to sell in BrokerFlow applies for Sales with a form: name, e-mail, phone number, experience and, if you wish, a CV. BrokerFlow decides whether the application is approved.

BrokerFlow, or a person BrokerFlow has appointed, decides whether you qualify. Then Sales opens for you, at no cost.

Once qualified, you sell BrokerFlow's partners' products in the projects you have access to. Every call made or received in BrokerFlow is recorded.

An own organisation in BrokerFlow requires a qualified Sales membership, an application and a meeting. The monthly fee is set individually when the organisation is approved and is not charged before then.

The fee is set individually at the meeting. It is excluding VAT, and VAT is added when it is charged.

The organisation gets its own projects, its own products and its own leads, kept apart from other projects. The organisation's staff work only in the organisation's own projects; BrokerFlow's own projects require the person's own qualified Sales.

If BrokerFlow allows it, the organisation can publish its products to qualified sellers, who then sell them for a share the organisation decides.

Commission is paid according to the seller's agreement. Shares from Affiliates are paid out only once BrokerFlow has set the payout form in the member's agreement.

Commission is earned only under a commission plan BrokerFlow has assigned to you and an agreement you have accepted. It is shown in your account.

Shares from Affiliates are counted on what the referred person pays for their products, each month for as long as they pay. The fee for an own organisation earns no share, unless BrokerFlow has said so for that organisation.

You are responsible for what you write, say and show in chats, in live streams, in clips and in videos. Share only what you have the right to share.

This section applies to an own organisation in BrokerFlow. For the personal data the organisation itself enters in its projects, such as its customers, orders and staff, the organisation is the controller and JHS Solutions AB the processor.

• BrokerFlow processes the data only to deliver the features the organisation uses in the app.
• The data is stored encrypted with Amazon Web Services in Stockholm.
• BrokerFlow helps the organisation to hand over or erase the data about a person who asks for it.
• BrokerFlow tells the organisation without undue delay of a personal data breach that concerns its data.

When the organisation closes, the data stays as history. The organisation may ask for it to be handed over or erased, except what the law requires us to keep.
